Exploratory + Feature Research (Fall 2023 - Ongoing)

Introduction

Introducing the AZ Mobile + CatCloud research project, which is a dedicated extension of our prior investigations. Our primary focus is to seamlessly integrate CatCloud's innovative features into the AZ Mobile app while also understanding and meeting the evolving needs of our diverse user base of students.

This project builds upon our previous work and aims to enhance the user experience by creating a symbiotic relationship between CatCloud's functionalities and the AZ Mobile app. To achieve this goal, we employ a comprehensive approach that includes exploratory research to build on the two existing platforms. This project represents a vital step forward in our journey to create a more integrated and user-friendly AZ Mobile app, with a strong dedication to stakeholder objectives and user satisfaction at its core.

Research Goals

• Build an order of priority for feature evolution and/or development based on the exploratory research to understand students.
• Explore existing features and connect them to student mental models so that they can be evolved.
